1. Notice of Intellectual Property Rights

YTMP4 (ytmp4.app) respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers, and third parties. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), YTMP4 will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Role of the Service

YTMP4 is an independent web utility that provides transient data conversion for publicly accessible video streams. YTMP4 does not host, store, or archive copyrighted media files on its servers. Converted streams are processed in real time and delivered directly to the user’s client device.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through our utility infringes upon your copyright, please send a written notification containing:

  • Physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material to be removed or blocked, including specific YouTube URL(s).
  • Contact information of the complaining party (name, address, telephone number, email).
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.
  • A statement that information in the notification is accurate under penalty of perjury.
